What are your hours of operation at the arena?

Pickleball Citi is open 7 days a week from 8:00am – 8:00pm 

Is a club membership required to play?

Pickleball Citi does have the option for a club membership. The default setting is free (Bronze), the other 3 options are Silver, Gold or Platinum which come with discounts and other perks. 

Can I take lessons?

Absolutely, lessons are open to everyone, and a list of the current offerings are on our website. If you do not see what you're looking for please call and we can arrange to offer lessons at your convenience. ph: 401.999.9065

Am I eligible to participate in leagues/tournaments?

Yes, leagues and tournaments are open to everyone. 

Should I use the Court Reserve app to book a court, or can I call?

To book a court for open play, we recommend using the Court Reserve app. It streamlines the reservation process and ensures a smooth experience for everyone or use our website. Please call to book a private court rental. 

What types of courts are available?

The courts are Sportsmaster “pro cushion” surfaces with five layers of tiny rubber pellets topped with 2 sand layers. They are finished with 3 coats of acrylic topcoat. This playing surface is excellent for stopping and easy on your joints.

Is it permissible to bring alcoholic beverages? Do you have a license?

No, currently we do not permit outside alcoholic beverages on the premises as we do not have a liquor license. 

Can I bring food to the arena?

Yes, if you clean up after yourself. 

What's the range of lessons offered and their costs?

We offer a diverse range of lessons, varying in price based on factors such as length of lesson sessions and group size. The cost generally falls within the range of $120.00 for a 1 hr private lesson and $160.00 for a 4-week group lesson session. 

What are the court fees?

There are no court fees. 

Can children play at the club? What is the minimum age?

Our policy is 16 and older.

Can I rent a paddle and ball? What are the costs?

We provide balls for free and rent paddles for $5.00.

Do you have locker rooms at the club?

No, space constraints prevent us from providing locker room facilities currently, however we do have bathrooms. 

Can I arrange a Private Event at the club?

Absolutely! We offer a range of options for hosting corporate events, birthday parties, and more. Please call to make arrangements. ph: 401.999.9065

What type of shoes are suitable for play?

When it comes to shoes, it's essential to avoid dark soles. Opt for tennis shoes or suitable footwear that won't leave marks on the court, ensuring a comfortable and safe playing experience, sneakers are best.
